TYLER ROLAND, WRITER

Tyler walks a fine line between highbrow and low-brow writing. The Needle Drop, The Hard Times, and The Autopian all host his work, from the authoritative to the amusing. Roland flipped out when he learned that CREEM has a feature called Stars Cars, given his lifelong passion for everything automotive. While Roland tries to avoid the asshole “I was born in the wrong generation!” stereotype, he’s honored to write for a magazine with a significant place in rock history.

K. HOVER, PHOTOGRAPHER

Hailing from the Rocky Mountains and settling down in the Catskills of New York, K. ’s lifelong passion for capturing nature and artists on film has developed by “disregarding the rules” and “creating a method of my own." Away from the camera, K. performs as a vocalist and instrumentalist with the bands Candy Claws and Sound of Ceres. K. claims that their best photograph was of a fairy sunbathing, but they’ve never shown it to anyone for magical secrecy concerns.
