Please inform Jaan Uhelszki that her article in Fall 2025 stating that Moe Tucker of VU fame is dead is WRONG.

Dave is correct. In the Fall 2025 issue I incorrectly stated that Moe Tucker of the Velvet Underground was dead. She is not. She is alive, well, and understandably uninterested in being written into rock’s afterlife. This may explain why, during our last official CREEM séance, Moe left us on read. Rock journalism, not necromancy. —Jaan Uhelszki
