Fleetwood Mac has settled out of court with Carol Hinton, a songwriter from Grand Rapids, Michigan, who claimed that portions of her poem "Sarah" were used verbatim in the Stevie Nicks composed hit, "Sara." Hinton and her lawyers settled for $1,500.
