One of the great intellectuals of the 20th century once said that an ideal partnership was like "peas and carrots.” Yes, 2024’s Third Man x CREEM Day Parties in Austin at the 13th Floor fit that description pretty perfectly... well, maybe we’d describe it as like “beer and beer” or, better yet, like "beer and Slane Irish Whiskey.” Between those parties, our uber-ripping jam at Yellow Jacket, and our Empty Bottle collab at Mohawk, CREEM threw down the gauntlet all week long in the name of rock 'n' roll! Thanks for attending four days of incredible bands like the Spits, They Are Gutting a Body of Water, Dry Cleaning, Snooper, Nabihah Iqbal, Dust, Glixen, the Belaire Lip Bombs, and so many other greats of now and tomorrow. Special thanks go to Slane, Grillo’s Pickles, and Rambler Sparkling Water, who helped make it happen! If you missed it, let’s be real...you f—ed up.
