As you longtime CREEM subscribers know, we’ve been, ahem, brewing up a relationship with Dogfish Head ever since they did a super limited run of Boy Howdy! beer in summer 2024. Well, we finally decided to go a little bigger, and so they brewed up a large batch of smooth American Cream Ale with Michigan-grown hops, because, yeah, we’re still Detroit. And through the wonders of the post-Prohibition three-tier distribution system, it is now available throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, and Texas— you know, states that none of our staff live in. But never mind that, because we all got together in Philly to celebrate!
