Mick Jagger will play Billy the Kid in the movie of the porno play, The Beard. Joey Heatherton will portray Jean Harlow’s part if the end (the controversial sex act that closed down the theatre in L.A.) is altered. Sandford Leiberson is producing it and Donald Cammel will probably direct (both from Performance).

The Venice Film Festival was graced with the premiere of Manson. The documentary is loaded with footage of his group when they were only involved with drugs, Manson’s prison walks, an interview with Jerry Rubin and all backed with Charlie’s own soundtrack.
